He came promptly after I called him out at around 7pm on a Friday due to an emergency where my power was lost in one half of the kitchen and a couple of rooms next to the kitchen. He was polite and knowledgeable whilst diagnosing this issue and was keeping me constantly updated, initially we thought it was a faulty socket that caused the power outage but it turned out more to that and I watched him and his team member diligently work out what the issue was and at pace. Once he found the solution, he and his team member fixed the issue promptly allowing me to relax and not stress over the weekend.
